Terms of Service

1. Operator and scope

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and PHU AN HOUSING CONSTRUCTION AND TRADING JOINT STOCK COMPANY (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for use of the Haoxue Accelerator app, website, and related services. The official website is https://www.ucwang.cc and the contact email is [email protected].

By downloading, installing, registering, purchasing, or using the service, you acknowledge these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Stop using the service if you do not agree.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have the legal capacity required by the law of your location. A person below the local age of digital consent should use the service only with a guardian’s consent and supervision.

• Provide accurate account information that you are authorized to use;
• Protect credentials and devices, and do not sell, rent, or transfer an account;
• Some versions may create a guest account automatically. Guest accounts must also be deletable in the app;
• Change credentials and contact us promptly after suspected unauthorized use.

3. Service and technical description

Haoxue Accelerator uses the VPN or network-extension capabilities provided by supported operating systems. The iOS version uses Apple-permitted Network Extension / NEVPNManager-related capabilities and is provided through an organization developer account.

Performance depends on carriers, devices, server load, distance, destination services, and law or policy. We do not guarantee a fixed speed, uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of every node, or access to any specific site, app, content, or regional service.

4. Software license

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or authorized business use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, sell, rent, sublicense, bypass security, or otherwise misuse the software except where applicable law expressly permits.

5. Subscriptions, auto-renewal, and refunds

5.1 Purchase disclosure

Before purchase, the app clearly shows the subscription period, price, primary entitlement, device count, trial conditions, and whether renewal is automatic. Currency and taxes follow the store or payment page.

5.2 Auto-renewal

Apple App Store auto-renewable subscriptions are managed by Apple and renew unless canceled under App Store rules before the end of the current period. Uninstalling the app, signing out, or deleting the Haoxue account does not automatically cancel the store subscription.

5.3 Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel an Apple subscription through Apple subscription management. Apple handles App Store refund requests under its own rules. Other purchases follow the applicable channel and law.

6. Lawful and acceptable use

You must comply with the law where you are located and where the service is used. You may not use the service to:

• Intrude upon, attack, disrupt, or access systems, accounts, or networks without authorization;
• Distribute malware, fraud, infringing material, or unlawful content;
• Send spam, automate abuse, exhaust resources, or evade reasonable limits;
• Violate privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights;
• Engage in an activity prohibited by law or requiring a license you do not hold.

A VPN does not remove legal responsibility. You are responsible for your conduct.

7. Privacy and data processing

We process personal information under the Privacy Policy and Data Collection Statement. We do not log websites, DNS queries, destination IP addresses, communication content, or browsing history transmitted through the VPN. We do not sell, use, or disclose data obtained from the VPN tunnel for advertising, profiling, or other purposes.

Account, subscription, device compatibility, connection-result, and user-submitted support information is processed only as needed to provide, maintain, and protect the service.

8. Changes, maintenance, and termination

We may change the service for security, compliance, technical upgrades, node maintenance, or commercial arrangements. We will try to announce planned material changes through the app, website, or email. Emergency security maintenance may occur without advance notice.

We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, security threat, fraud, or legal requirement. Where applicable law requires it, notice and an appeal path will be provided.

9. Intellectual property

Haoxue Accelerator trademarks, interface, code, graphics, documentation, and other materials are owned by us or their licensors. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners. No intellectual property is transferred except for the limited license above.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for interruption caused by carriers, app stores, destination services, force majeure, or user devices.

Where legally permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liabilities that cannot be excluded or mandatory consumer rights.

11. Apple App Store supplemental terms

If you obtain the iOS app through the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple;
• We, not Apple, are responsible for the app, maintenance, and support;
• If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple; to the extent permitted by law, Apple’s responsibility is generally limited to refunding the purchase price, if any;
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the relevant provisions and may enforce them against you;
• You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on an applicable prohibited or restricted-party list.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the operator’s place of registration, without removing mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution by email; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with competent jurisdiction.
